Saving Issue – Loving the Software but Experiencing Critical Problem

Hello, First of all, I just want to say that I really love this software. It’s honestly amazing I can spend up to 5 hours sitting in front of my laptop just learning and writing drill with it. The experience has been very enjoyable and engaging. However, I’ve run into a serious issue. When I try to save my project, the app gets stuck on “Saving show…” for over an hour and never completes. You can also see from the timestamp that it just keeps going without finishing. I even tried waiting for up to 4 hours, but it still didn’t save. In the end, I had to restart my laptop, and unfortunately, the practice file I had been working on was completely lost. I really hope this can be fixed as soon as possible, because I truly enjoy using this software and want to continue working with it. Thank you so much for your hard work, and I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hello! I spent this morning looking through the code and couldn't find a solid explanation behind this. Could you try saving with a brand new show and only one page and tell me if that works? What could be happening is the prop file could be taking up too much ram to save. By the looks of the wiremesh on 2D, the model you have looks pretty complicated. That could also explain the lag in 3D. We'll see what we can do to make sure props are saved better so more complex models could be used. If you could also let me know the size of the model that would help as well.
