Mac install issue

I've followed the instructions in order to install on my silicone mac, but cannot get the app to load. no matter what I do, the damaged app notice pops up. How do I install, or get a refund of my license?

I had the same thing happen when first installing on Mac. I found the installation file next to the blue button worked.

Hello! We just double checked on our Mac devices that the download and installation is working correctly. Verify that the download files are about 62 MB, sometimes the download may not fully succeed and shorten the file size. Also double check both installation files, Apple Silicon as well as Intel.
